Returns & Exchanges:
At the house of VOLAPET we do our best to ensure that our
Product descriptions should be as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter
No surprises when you receive our products. We want our
customers know exactly what they are ordering.
Cancellation Policyorder :
We are proud of our ability to process quickly
all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, send us an email at hello@volapet.com as quickly as possible.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours; it is imperative that you contact us during this time frame so we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. No cancellation request will be accepted if your order has already been processed.
Address Errors:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. We can only update your address if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information, nor for orders that are refused or undeliverable (e.g., incomplete or inaccessible addresses). Please note that undeliverable packages are not always returned to us.
If an undeliverable package is returned to our facility, you may choose between a refund (minus shipping costs) or a reshipment. No refunds or reshipments will be issued until the package is physically received back at our warehouse.
Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To initiate a return, simply fill out and sign this return form, and include it in your package. Please contact our support team to get the correct return address.
